PROJECT
Due to the very good order situation and the resulting increased internal traffic, the degree of soiling of our hall floors has increased drastically in recent months. As a result, the sensors in our driverless transport vehicles became soiled faster and faster due to the dust that was thrown up. Ultimately, the sensors had to be cleaned almost every day. In order to improve the supply of our production and assembly, as well as the general safety of the driverless transport system, a solution for the cleaning of our floors was needed.
CUSTOMER VALUE
The use of the CR700 cleaning robot has significantly improved the cleanliness of the hall floors. The cleaning is done automatically in the background, as if by magic, without any great effort. This has particularly positive effects on our automation. Errors due to dirty sensors have been almost completely eliminated.
