EXAMPLES OF USE
INDUSTRY AND LOGISTICS SECTOR – YOUR BENEFITS:
Especially in automated warehouses and production areas, many sensors are installed whether in transport systems, intralogistics, industrial robotics or other applications. However, a major disruptive factor on these systems is dust and dirt. Even stored goods or machines get very dirty due to the dirt in the strongly by the dirt in the environment and it requires further expenditures, to ship or use them clean. To minimize this dirt and dust, daily cleaning is a must but can often only be done weekly or monthly.
The fully automated ADLATUS sweeping robot system SR1300, has been specially for this challenge in logistics and industrial areas, to relieve employees in large halls, to efficiently remove the coarse dirt and to perform tasks independently. Cleaning processes can be efficiently designed and individually adapted to a building. Cleaning frequencies can be increased flexibly without additional costs and cleaning times can be flexibly adjusted according to the traffic outside of working hours. This increases not only the cleaning quality but also safety at work, and employees can be deployed more efficiently for other activities which are less stressful for the body.
PUBLIC AREA – YOUR BENEFITS:
The navigation and safety concept of the ADLATUS SR1300 is based on the Trusted Robotics platform. This makes the robotic sweeper system also suitable for use in the public sector. The interaction of different sensors increases stability in navigation and brings collision avoidance to a performance level D, which complies with the European standard IEC 63327. This increases the autonomy of the robot and enables it to carry out work that is performed almost 100% autonomously.
For the security concept in navigation, the Trusted Robotics platform includes a data protection concept that claims not to record any personalized or environment-related data. Smart data collected by the ADLATUS SR1300 is purely machine-related data that is used for preventive maintenance and provides preventive maintenance and provide added value to operators to avoid robot downtime of the robot. The operation of the autonomous robotic systems is completely autonomous and does not require a connection to a WLAN network or even a continuous Internet connection is required.
